Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information judyjames.com collects and how it is used.

Information you share

The booking and order form on this site does not send data to a server. When you press “Send to Judy,” your own email app opens with a pre-filled message, and nothing is transmitted until you send that email yourself. If you email or call Judy, we receive whatever you choose to include (such as your name, email address, phone number and message) and use it only to respond to you and fulfil your request.

Information stored in your browser

If you add CDs or books to an order, the list is saved in your browser’s local storage so it is still there if you leave and come back. It never leaves your device, and you can remove it at any time with the “Clear” button or by clearing your browser data.

Hosting and third-party services

• Cloudflare hosts this website and, like all web hosts, processes standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
• Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces; your browser requests font files from Google’s servers.
• The “Listen Live” link opens the radio station’s own streaming player, which is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information, run advertising, or use tracking cookies.

Children’s information

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. We will respond within one month.
